Galvanized steel strip products are primarily used in industries such as construction, light industry, automotive, agriculture, aquaculture, and commerce. In the construction sector, they are mainly used to manufacture corrosion-resistant industrial and residential roof panels, roof grids, etc.; in the light industry, they are used for making household appliance casings, residential chimneys, kitchenware, etc.; in the automotive industry, they are mainly used for producing corrosion-resistant components for cars; in agriculture, aquaculture, and fishery, they are primarily used for grain storage and transportation, meat and seafood freezing equipment, etc.; in commerce, they are mainly used for material storage and packaging tools.
Cold-rolled thin steel plate, also known as cold-rolled sheet or simply cold sheet, is a shorthand for the cold-rolled sheet of ordinary carbon structural steel. It is sometimes mistakenly spelled as cold-zha plate. Cold sheet is produced by further cold rolling hot-rolled steel strips of ordinary carbon structural steel to achieve a thickness of less than 4mm. As it is rolled at room temperature, it does not produce iron oxide scale, resulting in excellent surface quality and high dimensional accuracy. Additionally, with annealing treatment, it exhibits superior mechanical and process properties compared to hot-rolled thin steel plate. In many fields, particularly in the home appliance manufacturing sector, it has gradually replaced hot-rolled thin steel plate.
