Several Methods for Heating Galvanized Square Tubes?
For Changzhou's rebars heating, there are three methods of heat transfer: radiation, conduction, and convection.
Radiation
Wuxi Fangguan Heat Transfer Co., Ltd. would like to inform that for convection and conduction heat transfer methods, physical contact between objects is necessary to transfer heat energy. In contrast, radiation is a heat transfer method where heat energy can be transferred from one object to another without physical contact between them.
(II) Conduction
Conduction and heat transfer typically occur from a high-temperature to a low-temperature area within the same object, or from a high-temperature object to a low-temperature object it is in close contact with. Galvanized square tubes exhibit the following characteristics in conduction and heat transfer:
Firstly, conduction and heat transfer occur solely through the microscopic thermal motion of particles, with no microscopic movement or displacement. Therefore, conduction and heat transfer primarily take place in solids such as metals and refractory materials.
The necessary collision and contact between particles is required for the conduction of heat transfer. Therefore, when there are many pores in a solid, the conduction of heat transfer is greatly weakened; the insulating materials commonly used in heating furnaces are made based on this principle.
(III) Current situation
Convection heat exchange occurs as fluids undergo microscopic movement, transferring heat energy from high to low temperatures during contact. Therefore, the medium for this heat transfer method can only be liquids (including the active zinc-plated square tube metal melt) and gases. Convection heat exchange can take place between fluids and solid surfaces, as well as within the fluid itself.
