Seven Pre-Treatment Processes Before Coating Arc-shaped Aluminum Composite Panel:

1. The process involves washing and removing all dust from the curved aluminum panel substrate with water.

2. The curved aluminum sheet base material is cleaned with alkaline water. Alkaline substances can effectively dissolve various lubricants on the curved aluminum sheet base material and remove stains that cannot be cleaned with plain water.

Rinse away any remaining alkaline substances with clean water.

4. Clean the residue substrates with an acidic solution, which will react chemically with residues on the curved aluminum single-panel substrates.

5. Raw materials washed with clean water.

6. Chromium plating treatment for residue-based substrates.
 

7. Rinse the anodized curved aluminum sheet substrate with clean water.
