Do not operate the hydraulic system before the oil in the hydraulic system heats up, as it may damage the hydraulic components and, in severe cases, cause a burst pump accident. When driving a forklift, control the speed, maintain a safe distance, and avoid sudden braking; during the cold season, the braking interval should be about twice as long as usual. Prohibit sharp turns and reduce the impact force during turns to prevent the fracture of rigid structural components.
Ensure seasonal maintenance of equipment, check the antifreeze's freezing point to be 5℃ lower than the local lowest temperature; set the thermostat to around 82℃; adjust the battery electrolyte density to 1.280g/cm³; promptly adjust the oil used in machine parts, add thermal insulation measures for equipment used in the field, install engine oil preheating devices if necessary, and regularly start the engine to preheat all working systems.
