The air cushion film, with its middle layer consisting of air-filled bubbles, is lightweight and elastic, offering sound insulation and vibration resistance. It serves as packaging material for instruments, ceramics, glassware, and more.

The air cushion film can also be used as a substitute for copy paper for clothing backing. Additionally, it can serve as a new type of thermal insulation material for dam surfaces.

The production of air cushion film uses thin-film grade LDPE with a melt flow rate of 5-7g/10 minutes.

In addition to the natural air cushion film, the common type is the colored air cushion film, which requires the addition of a suitable dye to the resin.
