Basic Characteristics of No-Dry Adhesive

 1. The self-hardening and self-drying type coal binder allows processed briquettes to achieve high strength without drying.This product saves labor and electricity costs. It is non-toxic, odorless, pollution-free, and an environmentally friendly product with excellent thermal stability. The test results show a TS+6.91% around, with high-temperature resistance. When burned in a controlled-temperature smelting furnace, it exhibits non-cracking, non-disintegrating, and non-scaling properties.

  2. High fixed carbon contentThe product's shaped coke addresses the previous drawback of using inorganic minerals as admixtures, which reduced the fixed carbon content. The fixed carbon content of the shaped coke is within ≤2% difference from that of the original coke powder, thus preserving the quality specifications of the original coke powder and making the quality of the shaped coke closer to that of coke.

  3. Metallurgy, casting, and ceramic self-hardening and self-drying coal binder are widely used in civil, chemical, and calcium carbide industries.Additionally, there is no significant change in the effects on key indicators such as phosphorus, ash, volatile matter, fixed carbon, and moisture content in the production of coking additives and raw coking coal powder in the metallurgical ironmaking industry.

 4. Meets Strength Requirements:The cold compressive strength is above 100 kg per ball, and the hot compressive strength is over 70 kg, making it fully capable of replacing coke. During the combustion process, the binder is paired with high-temperature-resistant new curing materials and active additives that promote stable combustion. It features high-performance materials such as high-temperature-resistant curing agents, thermal stabilizers, catalysts, and thermal gelling agents, among other high-tech macromolecular substances. Consequently, the shaped coke produced exhibits excellent physical and chemical properties suitable for metallurgy and other industries under high temperatures.

  Our self-hardening and self-drying coal binder produces briquettes with excellent performance in terms of physicochemical indicators suitable for gasifier furnaces at around 1300°C.The top and bottom furnace temperature differences are minimized, stabilizing the fixed carbon and reducing losses. The relative consumption values of coal fines and lump coal are 1.05:1. Due to the pores in the coal briquettes being 3-5 times that of lump coal, and with the promotional effect of the binder, the combustion characteristics of the briquettes undergo a critical active change. During combustion, they shed in layers and have a honeycomb-like surface, which is difficult to achieve with the commonly used "carbonized coal briquettes" and "clay coal briquettes."

  6. Coal briquettes produced with self-hardening and self-drying coal binder have a minimal impact on the quality of gas production.Due to the fact that the fixed carbon difference between the briquettes produced by this adhesive and the original coal fines is only about 2%, the coal consumption in the gasification reaction process shows a mere 1:1.05 discrepancy. Therefore, the quality of the semi-water gas produced meets the physical and chemical requirements for ammonia synthesis.
