Cleaning Method for Mixing Vessels

1. Spray washing is a recirculating cleaning method where the chemical cleaning solution is evenly sprayed onto the inner surface of the system to be cleaned. The solution then flows along the container walls due to gravity to the bottom, allowing it to come into contact with rust and scale on the inner walls, and undergo a chemical reaction as required by the cleaning system. By adjusting the position of the spray head, the solution can be directed to the top and sides of the tank, ensuring the cleanliness of the entire inner surface.

2. In the spray washing process, the design of the spray nozzle is quite important. An improper design or selection of the nozzle can lead to uneven distribution of the cleaning fluid, directly affecting the cleaning effect. The commonly used spray nozzle is the rotating nozzle. A rotating nozzle is installed on top of the cleaned mixing tank, driven by hydraulic torque to achieve the purpose of rotating the nozzle.
