Agitator Tank

Mixing tanks are designed in various styles to accommodate different chemical solvents. However, regardless of the style, one issue that deserves attention is the problem of solid precipitates in the solvent. When a large amount of solvent undergoes chemical reactions within the tank, the solid substances in the solvent inevitably slowly settle to the bottom.

As more solid material accumulates at the bottom of the tank, it can disrupt the normal operation of the insulation layer. Once the heat cycle is interrupted or disrupted, it means the chemical reactions within the agitator tank are not functioning as intended. This issue can be addressed by adding a tank bottom. With the addition of this bottom, the solid materials will only settle on top of it, not all the way to the bottom, maintaining the continuity of heat transfer and resolving the issue of chemical reaction failure.
