How to manage the temperature of the mixing tank

1. Temperature monitoring of the construction environment is conducted at 10 am, 2 pm, and 6 pm daily.

2. Measurement of the temperature of mixing materials and antifreeze shall be conducted at least 3 times per shift.

3. Test the concrete produced by the mixer tank at least every 3 hours.

4. Measure the temperature before and after casting, at least every 2 hours.

5. Measurement of concrete temperature during maintenance: Before final setting, measurements should be taken every 2 hours for the first three days, and then twice a day thereafter.

6. Conduct random inspections after the maintenance period, when environmental changes occur.

7. To measure the temperature within the concrete, some sealed temperature tubes should be pre-buried during the concrete pouring and covered to prevent external temperature influence. The thermometer should remain in the tube for 5 minutes, then removed and the temperature recorded.
