How to Choose a Mixing Tank

1. If the mixing drum is of the free-fall type, the radial vibration of the gas outlet spout must not exceed one percent of the diameter of the feed inlet, and it is necessary to inspect the quality of the steel wire mesh, installation accuracy, and the rationality of the diameter of the round hole sieve on the high-frequency vibration screen of the device.

2. Don't forget to inspect their measuring system; ensure strict checks on the coordination and accuracy of the system are conducted promptly. The flow of material in and out of the measuring hopper must be smooth, with no spillage or overflow issues.

3. In terms of material conveyance, a qualified mixer's braking system should operate smoothly without any unusual noises. Any abnormal sounds indicate a problem. Conveyors, bucket elevators, and boom grabs should operate steadily and flexibly during operation, without any jamming issues.

4. Ensure that the safety valve does not exhibit any minor leaks, the overall wiring installation of the mixing tank must be reasonable, and the quality of the bulk cement tank must meet standards.
