High-speed Agitator Tank

High-speed mixing tank bodies, lids, agitators, shaft seals, and other components are made from materials like carbon steel or stainless steel, depending on the specific process requirements. The tank body and lid can be sealed with flange connections or welded joints, and openings for feeding, discharging, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam distillation, and other process pipelines can be made according to the process requirements. The upper part of the mixing tank is equipped with a transmission device (motor or reducer) that drives the agitator inside the high-speed mixing tank via a drive shaft. The shaft seal can be in the form of mechanical seals, packing, labyrinth seals, etc., (determined based on user needs).
