Fermentation Vessel Series



Overview
Our designed fermentation tanks are of the standard type, which utilizes a jacketed design for capacities under 6M³. The cooling or heating of the fermentation gas is accomplished through the jacket. For capacities above 6M³, the cooling of the fermentation gas is handled by vertical piping, and we have made improvements in the piping connections within the tank. This continuous method has yielded satisfactory results in actual use, primarily by avoiding unnecessary holes and dead corners in the tank body.
Fermentation equipment vessels are divided into two main categories: one is the cone-shaped vessel for anaerobic fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation), and the other is the vessel for aerobic fermentation (such as standard,伍式, self-priming, etc.). The standard type vessel is widely used in this type of equipment. The design series of fermentation tanks in our factory belongs to the standard type. When designing fermentation equipment of various specifications, we ensure a tight design structure with sufficient strength and service life. We aim for minimal internal accessories, a smooth surface, and good gas-liquid contact and mixing performance to facilitate efficient mass transfer and gas exchange. There is an adequate heat exchange area to ensure fermentation can occur at an appropriate temperature. We emphasize the sealing performance of the equipment to ensure sterilization operations.
