Overview
This unit is primarily composed of dynamic extraction tanks, evaporative concentrators, and process pipelines, integrating dynamic hot reflux extraction, vacuum concentration, and solvent recovery. It can continuously and synchronously perform extraction and concentration under a closed system. The solvent vapor produced during concentration is condensed and refluxed back into the extraction tank. The secondary steam can also be used to reheat the materials during extraction for a thermal reflux dynamic extraction. It is suitable for the extraction of water and organic solvents at room temperature and around 60°C in industries such as traditional Chinese medicine, biology, food, and light industry, offering advantages such as low investment and high efficiency.
