Application
Our EV and CM series emulsifying kettles are vacuum emulsifying units manufactured by our factory. These units incorporate the advantages of similar products, successfully designed by relevant experts, featuring a novel structure, excellent emulsifying performance, low energy consumption, reliable operation, and both interior and exterior polishing for an aesthetically pleasing and sophisticated appearance.

EV Model Features:
The emulsifying process in the emulsifying pot is carried out under fully sealed conditions. The materials inside the pot are sheared and mixed for emulsification through the high-speed internal circulation of the homogenizer. As the scraper stirrer operates, it generates centrifugal force, causing the PTFE scraper to adhere closely to the pot wall, effectively solving the issue of material sticking to the pot wall. This prevents dust and microbial contamination, resulting in an emulsified product that is bright and fine with particle diameters as small as 3-5μm.
Features of CM Type
This type of emulsifying kettle has been improved based on the introduction of equipment and is an essential piece of equipment for domestic cream and lotion products, featuring reasonable design. After material homogenization, the mixture is finely uniform and has excellent brightness. The homogenization system of this equipment employs a propeller extrusion worm gear shear structure, where the material is delivered to the homogenizer by the propeller blade, and homogenization is achieved through the dynamic worm gear teeth and two fixed sprockets as the blades rotate, creating suction to push and shear the material for homogenization. During operation, the homogenizer can switch between internal and external circulation based on the material's viscosity by closing the valve between the kettle and the homogenizer pipeline, ensuring all material has an equal chance of emulsification. Additionally, the homogenizer can also serve as a discharge pump and a cleaning pump. The scraper agitator, under the effect of centrifugal force during operation, adheres closely to the kettle wall, effectively resolving the issue of material sticking to the kettle wall and leaving no dead corners. The variable frequency speed control allows for infinite speed adjustment. The equipment is equipped with a unique sight glass device on the kettle stand, complete with an enclosed lighting lamp for operators to observe the emulsification process at any time. The heating and cooling of the entire system are completed within the same jacket, which is externally lined with an insulating layer of aluminum silicate. The jacket is further covered with a polished stainless steel decorative panel, which not only saves time on heating and cooling but also prevents operators from being burned, ensuring production safety.
