Mold cavities vary depending on the type of plastic material and its properties, as well as the shape and structure of the plastic product and the type of injection molding machine. However, the basic structure remains the same, mainly consisting of the mold gating system, temperature control system, forming components, and structure. The gating system refers to the plastic cavity flowing out from the nozzle, including the main channel, cooling cavity, runner, and gate.
