Pre-activated or adhesive glass fiber cloth is applied to the PTFE board and coated with an adhesive. The steel shell of the equipment is then treated with Sa2-grade sandblasting and cleaned with a detergent, followed by applying adhesive. The PTFE board is bonded to the steel body using vacuum lining technology, capable of withstanding negative pressure up to -0.095 MPa. The thickness of the lining material is selected based on the specific application requirements of the user. This technology is not limited by the size of the manufacturing equipment and also addresses the challenges of cleanliness and temperature in the chemical and electronic chemicals industries. It features excellent permeation resistance, a smooth and shiny surface, low friction coefficient, easy cleaning, and a long service life.

Board lining materials and properties
