Warehouse Factory Structural Safety Inspection and Certification Report

Floor load-bearing safety inspections are a crucial aspect of ensuring the structural integrity of industrial factory buildings. Our inspection process adheres strictly to national standards, assessing the mechanical properties, structural stability, and load-bearing capacity of the factory floors to guarantee the safety of the floor's load-bearing capacity after the addition of new equipment.

During the structural load-bearing safety inspection of the factory floor, we will meticulously examine the load-bearing capacity of each floor to ensure it meets relevant standards. Our technical team will utilize advanced equipment and techniques to conduct load tests and structural mechanical property tests on the factory floor, understanding the mechanical characteristics and stability of the floors.

Our company emphasizes customer experience, and to facilitate our clients, we will provide detailed inspection reports within 10-15 business days. The reports will meticulously list each floor's load-bearing capacity and structural stability, assisting clients in understanding the safety conditions of the factory's floors.

Industrial Factory Types: Based on the characteristics of product production, industrial factories can be roughly divided into three types. (1) General Production Factories: Factories that produce under normal conditions. (2) Explosion and Fire Hazardous Production Factories: Factories that produce or store hazardous materials with explosion and fire risks. (3) Production Factories in Adverse Environments: Factories that are dusty, humid, hot, or have steam, vibration, smoke, acidic or alkaline corrosive gases or substances, or radioactive materials. High-rise Factories: High-rise factories are defined as those with a starting height of 24 meters, which is proposed based on the following: (i) Elevating Firefighting Equipment: Many cities in our country do not have elevating fire trucks. Only a few cities (such as Beijing, Shanghai, etc.) have a small number of elevating fire trucks. Among them, the imported articulated elevating fire trucks have a working height of about 24 meters. Our domestically produced CQ28 type articulated elevating fire truck has a height of 23 meters. Factories below 24 meters can still utilize this type of elevating fire truck for extinguishing fires, but taller factories cannot meet the requirements.
