Building Load-Bearing Capacity Inspection and Certification
Factory load-bearing capacity testing is a crucial issue to consider during the operation of industrial factories. Industrial factories are designed based on their specific usage requirements, with floor loads varying according to different production processes, ranging from over 350 kg per square meter to over 1 ton. During operation, it is not only essential to fully consider the structural stability and safety of the industrial factory itself but also to assess the load-bearing capacity of its structure.
Through load-bearing tests, the load-bearing capacity of the factory's floor is determined, a method commonly used in stringent inspection projects. It requires a detailed understanding of the load-bearing test values of the floor, such as the load-bearing capacity of the floor in areas where bank safes are placed. The specific testing method involves setting observation points on the bottom of the floor to measure the deformation of the floor and beams. Uniform loads are applied in batches, with equal weights sequentially added to the floor surface. The deformation of the beams and slabs is closely monitored. Loading is stopped when the deformation value approaches the maximum allowable deformation value specified by the standard. The weight of the load at this point is the load-bearing capacity limit of the floor.
