Safety Assessment Steps for Factory Building Load-Bearing Capacity
Hello everyone, many people are not very familiar with the factory floor load-bearing standards, the issue of floor load-bearing standards. Xiao Huang is here to explain it for you now. Let's follow the editor to take a look together!
In general, a slab refers to a precast concrete component that is manufactured in a prefabrication yard.
2. The load-bearing floor sections divide the vertical direction of the house into several layers, transferring the vertical loads of people, furniture, and the weight of the floor to the foundation through walls, beams, or columns.
3. The flooring can be categorized by material, including wood flooring, brick arch flooring, reinforced concrete flooring, and steel-lined load-bearing flooring.
4. In residential design standards, the floor load is 150KN, equivalent to 150kg per square meter.
5. Residential flooring thickness is typically 10CM, while commercial flooring is 15CM thick.
6. Floor weight was also taken into consideration during the design process, typically around 400 kg/m².
7. Additionally, consider the live load, which is typically 200 kg/m².
So, in the actual calculation, the coefficients of 1.2 and 1.4 must be multiplied separately. In the actual calculation, the floor's load-bearing capacity, or load-bearing standard, is 400x1.2 + 200x1.4 = 760.
