A.1 Document Review
A.1.1 For preliminary or re-evaluation institutions, with a review team of 5-10 members, or with 2-4 locations, the document review is set at 2 person-days.
A.1.2 For initial or re-evaluation institutions, where the review team has more than 10 members, or there are 4 or more locations, the document review is set at 3 person-days.
A. 1.3 The number of days for the review of documents supervising and expanding the scope of recognition is generally half that of the preliminary assessment.
A.2 On-Site Assessment The on-site assessment for preliminary review, supervision, re-evaluation, and expansion of recognition scope includes two parts: management system review and technical capability review.
The total person-days for on-site review are the sum of the management system review and the technical capability review.
A.2.1 Management System Audit
Note: The total number of staff includes both full-time and part-time employees hired by the institution.
A.2.2 Technical Capability Assessment A.2.2.1 At least 1 person-day is required for each field during the preliminary assessment. If there are more than 20 projects within a field, an additional person-day is added for every additional 20 projects.
Reviewers' days are calculated based on the initial assessment.
A.2.2.3 The number of supervisors should not be less than half of the initial assessment.
The number of person-days for the review of the expanded scope of recognition shall be calculated in accordance with the requirements of Clause A.2.2.1.
A.2.2.5 Authorized Signatory Review, calculated at one-fourth person-day per individual.
