CNAS Holds 2022 Annual Meeting of the Information Technology专业委员会
November 23, 2022, the Technical Committee for Information Technology of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) Laboratory held its 2022 annual video conference meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wan Juyong, the Director of the Information Technology Technical Committee, and was attended by Xiao Liang, the Deputy Secretary-General of CNAS, who also delivered remarks. Over 40 members of the Information Technology Technical Committee and related staff from the CNAS Secretariat participated in the meeting.
Assistant Secretary Xiao Liang highly commended the Information Technology Committee's work in information technology research, talent cultivation, and industry ethics construction. In response to the characteristics of the information technology inspection and testing industry and the new situation faced, he hopes that the Committee can give full play to its own advantages, closely focus on the national digital transformation strategy, and in accordance with the overall layout of the "14th Five-Year Plan" for Certification and Accreditation of Inspection and Testing and the "14th Five-Year Plan" for Accreditation Work Development, continuously enhance the professional technical support capabilities, and play a role in promoting the high-quality development of inspection, testing, and certification in the field of information technology in our country.

Experts at the meeting shared their thoughts on the digital implementation of laboratories.2022 highlights in cutting-edge technology trends within the IT sector, advancements in the research of autonomous driving features for intelligent connected vehicles, and studies on external quality evaluations of typical testing projects in the communication field laboratories. Based on thorough discussions among all members, the meeting formulated the 2023 work plan for the IT Committee.
