Whether it's a constant-temperature drying oven or a trolley constant-temperature drying oven, both are important operational products in certain production industries. The trolley constant-temperature drying oven is a device that uses electric heating wire to heat and dry objects. There are many models, but they are generally similar, consisting of a housing, an electric heating system, and an automatic temperature control system. The following is a summary of usage and precautions:
The constant temperature drying oven should be placed in a dry indoor location with a level floor.
2. Install power circuit breakers, select sufficient power cables, and ground them.
Once preparations are in place, proceed with the attempt and conduct inspections.
4. When drying, the samples should be arranged with sufficient spacing. Moreover, the heat sink must not be covered!
The cabinet-type oven with a thermostatic controller featuring an electrical contact mercury thermometer should have the two wires of the electrical contact thermometer connected to the two terminals at the top of the cabinet separately.
Insert a standard mercury thermometer into the exhaust valve and open the valve's hole.
Adjust the mercury-in-glass thermometer to the desired temperature and then tighten the screw on the steel cap to achieve a constant temperature. However, be careful not to rotate the indicator iron beyond the scale when adjusting.
