Diesel generator sets are power equipment driven by diesel engines to power synchronous generators for electricity generation. They are known for their quick start-up, ease of operation and maintenance, low investment costs, and strong adaptability to the environment. In daily use, please pay attention to the following points during operation:
AC Current Meter: Check if the needle indicates normally, switch the current switch, measure the phase current values between different phases, and ensure the difference between phases does not exceed 10%.
2. AC Voltage Gauge: Is the needle indicating normal voltage?
3. Is the oil pressure indicated by the pressure gauge within the normal range?
4. Charging meter: Is the needle pointing in the (+) direction?
Is the water temperature indicated by the water temperature gauge within the normal range of 65℃-93℃?
6. Tachometer: Ensure the engine's RPM is appropriate (1800 rpm at 60 Hz).
7. Are there any abnormal noises or vibrations from the generator engine?
