Material enters the hopper 1, and the pneumatic ball valves a and d open simultaneously. The material in hopper 1 then flows into the feed transition hopper 1. Simultaneously, the material in the feed transition hopper 2 is moved into the dryer by the mixing device. Valves a and d close, while valves b and c open, allowing the material in hopper 2 to enter feed transition hopper 2. The material in the feed transition hopper 1 is also moved into the dryer by the mixing device. This process repeats, with wet material continuously entering the top drying tray of the dryer.
The dried material is fed into the inlet of pneumatic ball valve e under the action of a rake blade. Both pneumatic ball valve e and h are opened simultaneously, with the dry material entering the discharge transition hopper 1. Meanwhile, the material in the discharge transition hopper 2 is discharged to the outside of the dryer through pneumatic ball valve h. Similarly, the dried material enters the inlet of pneumatic ball valve g under the action of a rake blade, and both pneumatic ball valve g and f are opened simultaneously, with the dry material entering the discharge transition hopper 2. The material in the discharge transition hopper 1 is then discharged to the outside of the dryer through pneumatic ball valve h. This process is repeated, with the dry material continuously discharged to the dryer for packaging.
