详情描述
I. Product Introduction
Cast stone is a non-metallic wear and corrosion-resistant material made by processing natural rocks such as diorite and basalt, or industrial waste slag, with additives like amphibole, dolomite, and fluorite, and crystallizers such as chromite and magnesite, through processes like melting, casting, crystallization, and annealing. Its products include plates, bricks, pipes, and various non-standard materials. These variously sized plates, pipes, and non-standard objects are collectively referred to as cast stone products.
The casting stone forming process includes three types: melt casting, sintering, and hot direct casting. Currently, casting stone products are widely used in industries such as construction materials, chemicals, metallurgy, and mining. In many equipment components, casting stone is a more ideal substitute for steel, iron, lead, rubber, and wood, offering high wear resistance and corrosion resistance to acids and alkalis, which is unattainable by general metals. It also extends equipment lifespan, reduces maintenance time, improves production efficiency, and lowers product costs. Casting stone has been used in anti-corrosion engineering for decades, known for its dense structure, low water absorption rate, high compressive strength, and good wear resistance. It has excellent corrosion resistance to almost all inorganic acids, organic acids, alkalis, salts, water, and organic solvents, except for hot phosphoric acid above 30°C and alkali solutions. Casting stone is brittle, with high hardness, but its major drawback is its high brittleness, making it unsuitable for承受 heavy impacts.
The cast stone products have a low SiO2 content, but due to their high-temperature molten state, a protective layer forms upon crystallization, reducing chemical corrosion to nearly zero. This is the primary reason for their high resistance to acids.
Cast stone slabs are categorized into three main types: standard, standard irregular, and special irregular. Standard slabs include rectangular, trapezoidal, hexagonal, fan-shaped, and circular boards; standard irregular slabs consist of curved slabs, trough lining slabs, slag channel straight groove lining slabs, etc.; special irregular slabs feature double-curved panels, conical panels, sieve strips of cast stone, as well as slag channel bends, variable diameter, confluence, two-way, and three-way junction boards. A wide range of equipment linings with cast stone slabs are all included within the products of the aforementioned categories.
