How to deal with slippage in a winter scraper reducer?

As the cold winter approaches, the website managers in the north often suffer from headaches during this season. Once snow falls onto the walkways of the sedimentation ponds, the行走轮 of the sludge scraper's reducer is particularly prone to slipping, which hinders the normal scraping process and affects production operations. What should be done when the reducer of the sludge scraper slips in winter?

The mud scraper operates by rotating its walking wheels, which in turn drives the working bridge and truss to rotate, pushing the settled sludge at the bottom into the sludge hopper. If the walking wheels fail to move normally, it can cause issues such as snapping the connecting pin between the reducer and the working bridge; for full-bridge mud scrapers, the uneven movement speed of the two working bridges can bend the bridge; and the settled sludge at the bottom is prone to floating, leading to excessive water quality standards.

The primary cause of slippage between walking wheels and walkways is the lack of roughness on both surfaces, particularly in winter when snow accumulates on the walkways, further reducing their roughness.

In response to this slipping situation, the following measures can be taken:

Enhanced Roughness for Walking Wheels. Replace the original nylon or steel wheels with rubber wheels or rubber tires (forklift tires can be used directly).

Improved walkway surface roughness. Replace the existing terrazzo, tile, or steel rail surfaces with cement mortar, increasing friction resistance for rolling wheels.

Equipment installation of snow removal accessories. Some site managers have already taken the aforementioned measures, yet the issue persists. In such cases, the addition of a small auxiliary device is required.

After this modification, the results have been impressive. The equipment has operated smoothly for two consecutive winters without any issues of the scraper reducer slipping or the need for manual pushing of the scraper.
