What is the specific selection and application of fire exhaust fan products?Axial fire exhaust fans come in two design types: one with the motor separated from the main airflow, and the other with the motor placed within the main airflow. Depending on the smoke temperature, different types of fire exhaust fans are used. When the temperature exceeds 400°C, the motor-separated design is employed. For temperatures between 150°C and 400°C, both motor types are available. When the temperature is below 150°C, the motor-in-airflow design is utilized.
Axial fire and smoke exhaust fans offer a flow range from 7200 m³/h to 110000 m³/h, with various models available to meet different ventilation and smoke exhaust flow requirements. Fire and smoke exhaust fans can be categorized into two types based on pressure conditions: one type is the axial fire and smoke exhaust fan, with pressure ratings around 600Pa for each model, and the other type is the oblique fire and smoke exhaust fan, with pressure ratings around 1000Pa for each model.
To meet the requirements of smoke exhaust and ventilation, fire smoke exhaust fans are generally designed with a dual-speed structural model. The low speed can be used for ventilation, while the high speed can exhaust smoke, thus saving energy and reducing noise pollution at the same time.
