One,G TypeScrew PumpProduct Overview:
The G-type screw pump is a new type of pump that operates according to the reciprocating meshing volumetric principle. The main working components of the G-type screw pump are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed sleeve (stator). The G-type screw pump uses non-toxic and odorless food-grade rubber, with a working temperature up to 120°C. Due to the special geometric configuration of these two components, they each form a separate sealed cavity. The medium flows uniformly in an axial direction. The internal flow velocity is low, and the volume remains constant. The pressure is stable, thus preventing the formation of eddies and turbulence.
Two,Application of G Type Screw Pump:
Extensively versatile applications: Environmental protection, shipbuilding, oil industry, daily chemicals, canned food, brewing, construction industry, printing, papermaking industry, and widely used in food metallurgy, papermaking, dyeing, and chemical industries.
Section 3:Features of G Type Screw Pump:
This pump features few parts, a compact structure, small size, and easy maintenance. The rotor and stator, being the vulnerable components of this pump, have a simple design for easy assembly and disassembly.
Can transport media with high solid content; flow is uniform and pressure is stable, more so at low speeds; flow is proportional to the pump's speed, hence offering good variable adjustment capabilities; multi-functional pump can handle media of different viscosities; the pump can be installed at any angle; suitable for transporting sensitive items and those prone to damage from centrifugal force.
FourOperation Principle of Type G Screw Pump:
The G-type screw pump is an internal meshing rotary positive displacement pump. As the single-threaded screw rotor rotates around the stator axis in the double-threaded screw stator cavity in a planetary motion, the sealed cavity formed between the rotor and stator continuously, uniformly, and volumetrically invariablely transfers the medium from the suction end to the discharge end. Due to these characteristics, the single-screw pump is particularly suitable for the following operating conditions:
-Transportation of high-viscosity media. The viscosity of the medium varies with the size of the pump, ranging from 20,000 MPa.s to 200,000 MPa.s.
-Media containing solid particles or fibers. Particle size can be as large as 16mm (not exceeding the rotor eccentricity), and fiber length can reach up to 100mm (equivalent to 0.4 times the rotor pitch). The solid phase content is generally up to 40%, and can be as high as 60% or more when the contained solid is in the form of fine powder particles.
Continuous flow required with stable pressure; no cyclic pressure fluctuations from the reciprocating pump.
-The requirement is for minimal disturbance and no damage to the inherent structure of the material being conveyed.
Low noise.
