The G-type screw pump is a new type of pump that operates on the principle of reciprocating meshing volumetric action. The main working components of the G-type screw pump are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed sleeve (stator). The G-type screw pump is made with non-toxic and odorless edible rubber, with a working temperature up to 120°C. Due to the special geometric configuration of these two components, they each form a separate sealed cavity. The medium flows uniformly in an axial direction. The internal flow velocity is low, and the volume remains constant. Pressure is stable, thus preventing the formation of vortices and turbulence.

Four,G-type screw pump operating principle:
The G-type screw pump is a rotodynamic positive-displacement pump with an internal meshing design. When the single-threaded screw rotor rotates in the double-threaded stator cavity around the stator axis in a planetary motion, the enclosed chamber between the rotor and stator continuously, uniformly, and volumetrically invariablely transports the medium from the suction end to the discharge end. Due to these characteristics, the single-screw pump is particularly suitable for the following operating conditions:
-Transportation of high-viscosity media. The viscosity of the medium varies with the size of the pump, ranging from 20,000 MPa.s to 200,000 MPa.s.
Medium containing solid particles or fibers. Particle size can be as large as 16mm (not exceeding rotor eccentricity), and fiber length can reach up to 100mm (equivalent to 0.4 times the rotor pitch). Solid phase content is generally up to 40%, and can be as high as 60% or more when the contained solids are in the form of fine powdered particles.
Continuous flow required with stable pressure; no periodic pressure fluctuations from the reciprocating pump.

Six.Cautionary Notes for the Use of Type G Screw Pumps
1. Before starting the G-type screw pump, the direction of rotation must be confirmed; reverse rotation is not allowed.
2. Absolutely no operation of the G-type screw pump without medium, to prevent damage to the stator.
3. Pumps newly installed or idle for several days cannot be started immediately. First, a sufficient amount of oil should be injected into the pump body, and then a few turns should be made with a pipe wrench before starting.
4. After transporting high-viscosity or abrasive/corrosive media, flush with water or solvent to prevent blockage and ensure easier next startup.
5. Drainage should be prevented during winter to avoid cracking due to freezing.
6. During the operation of G-type screw pump, lubricating oil should be added to the bearing housing at regular intervals. In case of leakage at the shaft end, it should be promptly addressed or the seal should be replaced.
7. In the event of any abnormal conditions during the operation of the G-type screw pump, the pump should be immediately stopped to investigate the cause and rectify the fault.
