The DaYao Multi-functional Mixing Machine is a combined structure consisting of a high-shear homogenizing emulsifier, a high-speed disperser, and a special anchor-type stirrer, thus significantly altering its fluid model. As the homogenizing mixer continuously draws up from the bottom of the tank and horizontally jets out, it encounters the anchor stirrer's circumferential rotation flow cutting vertically across different height cross-sections, which greatly reduces and distorts the velocity of the horizontal flow model. The high-speed disperser further disperses and crushes particles in the material flow. Therefore, the mixing homogenizer enhances the functions of emulsification, dispersion, homogenization, blending, and crushing, making its performance superior. Abroad, this machine is referred to as a "high-performance mixer." This machine is akin to a complete factory, with the three functional devices also capable of being used separately or in various combinations.
