The ordinary tube-type heat exchanger is widely used due to its simple structure, low cost, and strong versatility. However, when exchanging heat for high-viscosity materials, the heat exchange efficiency is significantly reduced. Moreover, due to the large cross-sectional temperature distribution inequality within the tubes, other quality degradation issues may also arise.
In response to this challenge, Daini Corporation has been closely monitoring relevant trends and collaborating with a Japanese research institution to tackle the issue, successfully developing...DHE High-Efficiency Heat Exchangers. This series features heat exchange tubes with static mixing elements, boasting a total heat transfer coefficient up to 3-6 times higher than that of conventional heat exchangers. The static mixing elements have gained universal recognition in the industry for their mass transfer performance. The successful development of the DHE High-Efficiency Heat Exchanger further demonstrates, through practice, the similarity theory of heat and mass transfer.
