The NNC-RTMD-E CNC Machine Tool Four-in-One Comprehensive Maintenance Training Bench features integrated training functions for CNC turning machines, turning centers, CNC milling machines, and machining centers, including principles of composition, debugging, parameter settings, fault diagnosis, and maintenance. It is composed of an electric control experiment bench, a mechanical demonstration bench, and an electrical cabinet, utilizing the Siemens 802C CNC system, AC servo motor for feeding, and variable-frequency speed regulation for the spindle.

The electrical control console is composed of modules such as CNC systems, spindle variable frequency, AC servo drives, tool holder control, tool magazine control, input/output (I/O), high-voltage control, and power supply. Each major component of the electrical system of a CNC machine tool is decomposed and displayed on the electrical debugging box, with all signals capable of being displayed and measured; it can be self-wired and debugged; each stage is equipped with a dedicated fault setting area, allowing for the setup of dozens of fault points.

The machine tool electrical cabinet is identical to the control cabinet of industrial CNC machine tools, allowing for practical training in circuit design, electrical component installation, wiring, and debugging. The electrical board is replaceable, facilitating group training for students in practical skills.

Users can switch between CNC lathe, turning center, CNC milling machine, and machining center experimental functions by loading random software.

The Intelligent Fault Diagnosis Assessment System consists of a fault control box, a PC (self-provided), and assessment software. It allows for operations training on equipment faults, such as setting, diagnosing, and eliminating issues, and features exams, automatic scoring, and grade recording. This system is a standalone module and is available for purchase.
