Each stage of the actual CNC machine tool's electrical control system is decomposed and displayed on the CNC experimental bench, wired and debugged using connectors, with all signals displayed and measurable. The panel includes electrical diagrams and wiring labels, facilitating learning and understanding. Practical electrical cabinets allow students to conduct actual training in the design, layout, wiring, and debugging of CNC machine electrical systems. The electrical boards are equipped with simulated drivers and inverters, providing a realistic training experience.
