The system features an open architecture with modular design, industrial-grade components, and includes functions for teaching and training such as electrical design, installation, wiring, debugging, parameter setting, PLC programming, communication, fault diagnosis and maintenance, programming and simulation, CAD/CAM, and actual cutting processing.

Composed of three parts: CNC experimental bench, MCV-L380 machining center, and practical training electrical cabinet, offering an industrial configuration. The machine tool requires a fully enclosed protective CNC experimental bench, which focuses on experiments such as circuit principles, connections, signal measurement, performance monitoring, parameter setting, debugging, fault diagnosis, and maintenance. Each stage of the actual CNC machine tool's electrical control system is decomposed and displayed on the CNC experimental bench, wired and debugged using connectors, with all signals displayed and measurable. The panel includes electrical diagrams and wiring labels, facilitating learning and understanding.

Practical electrical cabinets allow students to conduct actual training in the design, layout, wiring, and debugging of CNC machine electrical systems. The electrical boards are equipped with simulated drivers and inverters, providing a realistic training experience. The cabinets can accommodate two electrical boards, making them easy to replace, and one set of equipment can meet the training needs of multiple student groups. The cabinets are equipped with swivel casters for easy movement, offering convenience and flexibility.
