The system features an open architecture, modular design, and industrial-grade components, offering teaching and training functions such as CNC machine electrical design, installation, wiring, debugging, parameter setting, PLC programming, communication, fault diagnosis and repair, programming and simulation, CAD/CAM, and actual cutting processing.

Composed of a CNC experimental bench, an MCV-L380 machining center, and a training electrical cabinet, this is an industrial configuration. The machine tool requires a fully enclosed protective CNC experimental bench that focuses on experiments in circuit principles, connections, signal measurement, performance monitoring, parameter setting, debugging, fault diagnosis, and maintenance. Each stage of the electrical control system of an actual CNC machine tool is decomposed and displayed on the CNC experimental bench. Wiring and debugging are done using connectors, with signals that are both visible and measurable. The panel includes electrical diagrams and wiring labels for ease of learning and understanding.

Practical electrical control cabinets allow students to conduct actual training in the design, layout, wiring, and debugging of CNC machine tool electrical systems. The electrical panels are equipped with simulated drivers and inverters, providing realistic training effects. The cabinets can accommodate two electrical panels, making them easy to replace, and a single set can cater to the training needs of multiple student groups. Equipped with swivel casters for easy movement, they offer convenience and flexibility.
