The system features an open architecture, modular design, and industrial-grade components, offering teaching and training functions including electrical design, installation, wiring, debugging, parameter setting, PLC programming, communication, fault diagnosis and repair, programming and simulation, CAD/CAM, and actual cutting processing.

Comprised of three parts: a CNC experiment bench, an MCV-L380 machining center, and a practical electrical cabinet, this is an industrialized configuration. The machine tool requires a fully enclosed protective CNC experiment bench, which focuses on experiments in circuit principles, connections, signal measurement, performance monitoring, parameter setting, tuning, fault diagnosis, and maintenance. Each stage of the actual CNC machine tool's electrical control system is decomposed and displayed on the CNC experiment bench. Wiring and tuning are done using connectors, with all signals capable of being displayed and measured. The panel features electrical diagrams and wiring labels, facilitating learning and understanding.

Practical electrical control panels for students to conduct actual training in the design, layout, wiring, and debugging of CNC machine electrical systems. The electrical panels are equipped with simulated drivers and variable-frequency inverters, providing a realistic training experience. The training cabinet can accommodate two electrical panels, and the panels are easy to replace, enabling multiple student training sessions with a single set of equipment. The electrical cabinet is equipped with swivel casters for easy movement, offering convenience and flexibility.
