DS-RM-AE Machining Center (CNC Milling Machine) Assembly, Adjustment, and Maintenance Training Bench offers comprehensive training functions including machining center and CNC milling machine components, principles, tuning, PLC, parameter setting, fault diagnosis, repair, programming, mechanical assembly, and adjustment. It consists of CNC experiment bench, mechanical demonstration bench, machine tool electrical cabinet, and more. The electrical control console is composed of modules such as CNC systems, spindle variable frequency drives, AC servo drives, tool magazine control, input/output (I/O), strong current control, power supply, and fault settings. Every key component of the electrical control system of a CNC machine tool is decomposed and displayed on the electrical control debugging box, with signals that can be displayed and measured; it can be self-wired and debugged; the fault setting module can set dozens of fault points, with faults that can be set explicitly (for training purposes) and implicitly (for assessment purposes), and the number of faults can be displayed.
The DS-RM-AE modular demonstration table is composed of an X/Y dual-axis 2D motion platform, Z-axis coordinate scale, main shaft motor and encoder, and an 8-position tool magazine. The 2D motion platform uses ball screw and rolling guide rails, featuring bi-directional overshoot and home position return functions, and is equipped with an electric color pen for drawing actual trajectories of dual-axis联动. The Z-axis coordinate scale allows for a direct display of multi-axis联动, reverse clearance compensation, and ball screw pitch error compensation. The X-axis can be optionally fitted with a linear encoder for full-closed-loop control. The main shaft motor is controlled by a variable frequency drive to achieve stepless speed change and is connected to the encoder via a V-belt. The 8-position magazine module provides a clear demonstration of the mechanical structure, control method of the machining center's tool magazine, and the structure, principles, and control of the machining center's pneumatic system.
The machine tool electrical cabinet is identical to the control cabinet of industrial CNC machine tools, allowing for practical training in circuit design, electrical component installation, wiring, and debugging. The electrical board is replaceable, facilitating group training for students' practical skills. The electrical board is equipped with simulated drivers and inverters, making the training more realistic and including protective devices to reduce costs. The demonstration stand is controlled in parallel by both the electrical control experiment stand and the machine tool electrical cabinet.
The DS-RM-AE allows for the switching between machining center and CNC milling machine experimental functions. Optional fourth-axis CNC rotary table is available to achieve the "four-axis three联动" function, meeting the training requirements for multi-axis machining.
