The DS-RM-AE machining center (CNC milling machine) comprehensive maintenance experiment and training bench is equipped with comprehensive training functions such as the composition principle, debugging, parameter setting, fault diagnosis, and maintenance of machining centers and CNC milling machines. It consists of a CNC experiment bench, a mechanical demonstration bench, and an electrical cabinet. The CNC experimental bench is composed of modules such as CNC system, spindle frequency conversion, AC servo drive, tool magazine control, input/output (I/O), high-voltage control, power supply, and fault settings. Every major component of the electrical control system of a CNC machine tool is decomposed and displayed in the electrical control debugging box, with signals that can be displayed and measured; it can be wired and debugged independently; the fault setting module can set dozens of fault points, both overtly and covertly, and can display the number of faults. The institutional demonstration table is composed of a 3-axis motion platform, main shaft motor and encoder, and an 8-slot tool magazine. The 3-axis motion platform features ball screw, rolling guide rail, electric spindle, and parallel clamps, enabling milling and carving processing of non-metals like acrylic and jade. It is particularly suitable for CAD/CAM experiments and internships. The electric spindle is equipped with a variable frequency drive for speed control, and all three axes have features like bidirectional overtravel and home position return. The 8-slot magazine module visually demonstrates the mechanical structure, control methods, and the structure, principles, and control of the machining center's pneumatic system. The X-axis can be optionally fitted with a linear encoder for full-closed-loop control; a servo main shaft motor is also available as an option. Industrial electrical cabinets for practical training, capable of circuit design, electrical component installation, wiring, connection, tracing, and debugging. Equipped with simulated drives and inverters on the electrical board for more realistic training and protection of components, reducing costs. The electrical board is interchangeable, facilitating group skill training for students. Machine tools are controlled by a dual parallel connection of the CNC experimental table and the machine tool electrical control cabinet.
