The CNC machine tool debugging and maintenance experimental bench, a practical and cost-effective new product jointly developed by Nanjing Desi CNC New Technology Co., Ltd. and Nanjing CNC Training Center, can complete various experiments and internships for the debugging and maintenance courses of four types of machine tools: CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, machining centers, and turning centers. NNC-RTMC-L with long optical encoder, Z-axis lead screw, elastic coupling, guide rail, home and limit switch, for experimental and debugging of full closed-loop control The DS-RTMC-L CNC Machine Tool Four-in-One Debugging and Maintenance Experimental Bench consists of a debugging and maintenance table and a motor demonstration box. The debugging and maintenance table is composed of modules such as a CNC system, AC servo drive, inverter, input/output, machine tool peripheral circuit, fault setting, turrets/blade magazines, etc. The standard configuration includes one Siemens 802C CNC machine tool's electrical control system, with each major component decomposed and displayed on the electrical control demonstration board. All signals are displayed and measurable. Equipped with plug-in cables, students can perform wiring and debugging. The fault setting area can set up dozens of fault points and display the number of faults. The six-position electric turret and six-position electric blade magazine can achieve tool changing actions, with control methods identical to those of real machine tools. Motor demonstration board displays the AC servo motors for X, Y, Z-axis feed, AC spindle motor, and encoder. The feed axis can achieve home position reset and feed amount display functions, and has the C-axis function of a machining center; the spindle motor is connected to the encoder via a timing belt. All exposed rotating parts are equipped with complete protective devices. Users can switch between CNC lathes, turning centers, CNC milling machines, and machining centers by loading the software provided by Siemens. The Intelligent Fault Diagnosis Assessment System consists of a fault control box, a PC (self-provided), and assessment software. It allows for operation training on equipment faults, including setting, diagnosis, and troubleshooting, on the PC. The system also features exams, automatic scoring, and grade recording. This system is an independent module and is available for purchase.
