This system features an open architecture, modular design, and industrial-grade components, offering educational training functions such as CNC lathe electrical design, installation, wiring, debugging, parameter setting, PLC development, communication, fault diagnosis and repair, precision testing, programming, simulation, and CAD/CAM, as well as actual cutting and processing.


The DS-R1A consists of a CNC experimental bench and a CK0628 CNC lathe, with the CNC system customizable to meet user requirements. The CNC experimental bench focuses on experiments such as wiring, various signal measurements, performance monitoring, debugging, PLC programming, fault diagnosis, and maintenance. Each component of an actual CNC machine tool's electrical control system is decomposed and displayed in modules on the bench, with all signals being displayable and measurable. The main circuits can be connected using plug-in connectors; the panel features electrical diagrams and wiring labels for easy learning and understanding. It includes a fault setting module, allowing for both explicit (for training) and hidden (for assessment) fault settings, and can display the number of faults.


The DS-R1A-E model is an upgrade from the DS-R1A, featuring an open electrical control cabinet that matches the actual machine tool, allowing for practical training in circuit design, electrical component installation, wiring, troubleshooting, and debugging. The electrical board is equipped with simulated drivers and inverters, providing a more realistic training experience while protecting the components and reducing costs. The electrical board is interchangeable, facilitating group skill training for students. The machine tool is controlled in parallel by both the numerical control experiment table and the machine tool electrical control cabinet.


This equipment is suitable for training skills such as CNC lathe adjustment and maintenance, electrical cabinet design and wiring, as well as for internships in CNC lathe programming and operation, significantly enhancing the equipment's utilization rate.


The CNC machine tools provided are specially designed, featuring high precision, high speed, compact structure, attractive appearance, high power, and capable of actual processing of metal parts. Optional pneumatic chucks can be added for automatic clamping and release of workpieces, synchronized with industrial sites.
