This experimental training system features an open architecture, modular design, and industrial-grade components. It includes functions for installation and wiring, debugging, parameter setting, communication, fault diagnosis and maintenance, programming, simulation, CAD/CAM, and actual cutting processing for teaching and training purposes. The DS-R3B is composed of an open electrical control experiment bench and an MCV280 vertical machining center, and can be configured with Siemens 802C/808D/828D, Fanuc 0i mate, Mitsubishi,华中世纪星, and other CNC systems according to customer requirements. It can also be equipped with ready-made CNC systems. The CNC experiment bench focuses on experiments such as wiring, various signal measurements, performance monitoring, debugging, PLC programming, fault diagnosis, and maintenance. Each major link of the electrical control system of a CNC machine tool is decomposed and displayed on the CNC experiment bench, with signals that can be displayed and measured. The main circuits can be connected using plug-in connectors; the panel features electrical diagrams, wiring labels, and other markings for easy learning and understanding. It has a fault setting module, allowing for both clear settings (for training purposes) and hidden settings (for assessment purposes), and can display the number of faults. The DS-R3B-E model adds an open electrical control cabinet that matches the actual machine tool to the DS-R3B, with the machine tool electrical cabinet featuring an open structure identical to the actual machine tool, equipped with electrical panels for easy installation by students. It allows for practical training in circuit design, electrical component installation, wiring, connection, tracing, and debugging. The electrical board is equipped with simulated drivers and inverters, providing a more realistic training experience while protecting components and reducing costs. The electrical board is interchangeable, facilitating group skill training for students. The CNC machine tool is controlled in parallel by both the CNC experiment station and the machine tool electrical cabinet. The system features two modes: debugging and machine tool, for conducting debugging and maintenance internships as well as programming operation training. This not only makes debugging and maintenance more intuitive but also significantly enhances the equipment's utilization rate. The CNC machine tools supplied are specially designed, featuring high precision, high speed, compact structure, attractive appearance, high power, and capable of actual processing of metal parts.
