The external heating furnace body is made of high-quality, high-temperature-resistant stainless steel, features a dome-shaped high-temperature heat concentrating device, effectively saving energy consumption, and can withstand temperatures over a thousand degrees. This furnace body can be powered by natural gas, diesel, and other heat sources, utilizes indirect heating to isolate the items from the heat source, ensuring product integrity, and the unique internal environment also guarantees hygiene during use.

The equipment primarily consists of the main kiln body, supporting transmission devices, cooling tubes, combustion system, heat accumulator, electrical control, air inlet units, etc., complemented by various detection devices such as pressure, temperature, and humidity sensors. It features over-temperature and overload alarms, automatic temperature control, adjustable oxygen content inside the kiln, and can be fully controlled by computer with flexible and convenient human-machine interaction control.
