The equipment consists of a main kiln body, support transmission device, cooling pipes, combustion system, electrical control, air intake unit, and preheating kiln body, etc., complemented by various detection devices such as pressure, temperature, and humidity. It features over-temperature alarms, overload alarms, automatic control of working temperature, adjustable oxygen content within the kiln, and can be fully controlled by computer with flexible and convenient man-machine interaction control.
