Anodizing:
⑴ Preparation of sulfuric acid electrolyte: Mixed with 18-20 kg of sulfuric acid and 80-82 kg of deionized water, the solution has a specific gravity of approximately 1.125-1.140. Occasionally, to obtain a protective anodic oxidation film with good performance, a small amount of oxalic acid is typically added to the sulfuric acid electrolyte.
⑵ Oxidation Process: Install the wiring instruments, make the aluminum parts to be dyed the anode, and immerse them completely in the electrolyte solution. Then, connect the power supply and control according to the following process conditions.
Electrolyte temperature is maintained between 12-25°C, with an anode current density of 1-2 A/dm², and a槽 voltage ranging from 13-23 V. The process takes approximately 30-40 minutes.

Anodized aluminum films offer superior comprehensive properties compared to chemical oxidation films. The anodizing equipment is more widely used, with main applications including:
Insulation. As capacitor dielectric film, aluminum wire winding insulating film, anode factory, can withstand 25V voltage per micron thickness.
(2) Enhance adhesion with organic coatings for use as a priming layer.
(3) Enhance adhesion with inorganic coatings, serving as a base for electroplating and enamel.
(4) Other functionalities under development include depositing magnetic alloys in porous membranes for memory elements, solar absorption panels, super-hard coatings, dry lubrication films, catalyst films, and more.
Thus, anodizing of aluminum and its alloys is widely used in the construction industry, aerospace and aviation, electrical and electronics, food, chemicals, and transportation sectors.

Anodizing Process Flow Precautions
1. After aluminum parts are cleaned and oiled, they should be anodized immediately; they should not be left to sit for too long. When producing the anodic film on aluminum parts, immerse them fully in the electrolyte solution, ensuring the tank voltage remains steady and consistent from start to finish. For Shaoxing anodizing, products from the same batch must be completely identical, even during dyeing.
2. During the anodizing process, the concentration of aluminum, copper, iron, and other elements in the electrolyte solution continuously increases, affecting the luster of aluminum. When the aluminum content exceeds 24g/L, copper exceeds 0.02g/L, and iron exceeds 2.5g/L, the electrolyte should be considered for replacement.
