Industrial Rubber Sheet (FKM/PMQ Rubber Sheet)

Fluororubber sheets feature high tensile strength, excellent heat resistance, stability against sunlight and ozone, but poor elasticity and cold resistance. Suitable mediums include hot oil, silicone oil, ester-based lubricating oils, halogenated hydrocarbons, phosphoric acid esters, concentrated sulfuric acid, dilute nitric acid, benzene, gasoline, carbon tetrachloride, ethanol, butanol, and more.

Performance: Excellent oil resistance, flame retardancy, high-temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and anti-aging properties. Rubber density: 2.0g/cm³ (Data customizable by customer). Tensile strength: 8Mpa. Hardness: 70 Shore A (Data customizable by customer). Elongation at break: 250%.

Application: For manufacturing various high-oil resistance, flame-retardant, high-temperature resistant, and corrosion-resistant seals, gaskets, cylinder membrane linings, and for use in aerospace and aviation fields.
