PDMS Chip Bonding

1) Treat the prepared PDMS chip surface with tape to remove dust.

2) Clean the glass substrate to ensure a dust-free and clean surface.

3) Processed PDMS chips and glass are placed on trays and placed into a plasma for surface treatment. If the PDMS chips require structural alignment between layers, pre-alignment is to be done using an alignment platform prior to treatment (but not bonded), then the completed PDMS chips, along with the tray, are removed from the alignment platform and placed into the plasma for surface treatment.

4) Rapidly bond the processed PDMS chip with glass, place it in an oven at 85°C for 30 minutes, then remove. For chips requiring alignment between layers, after plasma treatment, place the chip and tray on the alignment platform, align them. After alignment, move the Z-axis to the top of the tray, bond the two layers of PDMS together, remove the tray with the chip, place it in the oven, quote for PDMS drillers, and remove after 30 minutes at 85°C. Remove the tray, and complete the bonding.

PDMS Casting

1) Place the mold required for chip production in the casting tray.

2) Pour the degassed PDMS slowly into the tray, PDMS drill price, thickness to be confirmed as per requirement; let it stand for 10 minutes.

Plasma After-Sales Service and Warranty

1. The main unit of the plasma cleaner comes with a 1-year warranty, effective from the date of manufacture.

2. Damage incurred during the transportation and packaging process to the equipment's arrival at the user is the responsibility of the supplier.

3. User-caused mechanical damage (physical deformation) during equipment use is not covered under warranty: such as storage door, flow meter, knobs, electrical buttons, high-voltage electrode plates, etc.
