The production requirements for guardrail mesh are extremely high, demanding a high level of welding technology. The welding surface must be free of noticeable weld spots and slag. The overall size tolerance must be to the millimeter. If the requirements are not met, the production must be redone. The surface treatment must be smooth, with a bright and consistent color, and no color variation should appear overall.
2. During transportation, each panel of the guardrail mesh must be handled individually, placed in a clean area, and coated evenly with a layer of oil to prevent rust. It is prohibited to place heavy objects on the guardrail mesh to avoid deformation.
3. Upon arrival at the construction site, the technical supervisor inspects the guardrail mesh for appearance and dimensions. If it does not meet the requirements of the drawings and specifications, it is not to be used.
4. When installing the guardrail mesh, a thorough inspection should be conducted to ensure the inner surface is smooth and clean. After the site technical supervisor checks and approves, the assembly and construction can begin.
During the installation process of the guardrail net, it is strictly prohibited to hammer the guardrail net with an iron hammer.
6. After the guardrail installation is complete, conduct a site inspection once more and ensure all debris is cleaned up.
