详情描述

The coatings are divided into plasma-sprayed ceramic wear-resistant coatings and supersonic flame-sprayed carbide metal-ceramic coatings.

Ceramic materials used in plasma coatings mainly consist of aluminum titanate/Chrome oxide series ceramics. These materials are characterized by high hardness, excellent corrosion and heat resistance, and low friction coefficients, resulting in coatings that exhibit superior and stable wear and friction reduction properties.

The metal ceramic coating is a composite material consisting of nickel-chromium, cobalt as the metallic phase, and tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, and other hard ceramic phases. It boasts high hardness and excellent toughness.

Application Direction:

The metal wire drawing industry, including the production of steel wire, steel wire rope, and cables, etc., utilizes a large number of guide wheels, tower wheels, and rollers.

2. Paper and printing machine rolls.

3. High-speed steel mill rolling mill oil ring

4. Automotive parts and agricultural machinery accessories.

5. Tobacco machinery wear-resistant parts.

Coating Material:

AT3 (Al2O3/TiO2 97/3): Grey coating, excellent corrosion resistance.

2. AT13 (Al2O3/TiO2 87/13): High hardness, excellent overall wear resistance.

3. AT40 (Al2O3/TiO2 60/40): Dense coating, excellent toughness, and high bonding strength.

4. Cr2O3: High hardness, low friction coefficient, excellent corrosion resistance, and wear resistance against abrasive particles.

5. Co-WC: High-temperature red hardness, wear-resistant to abrasive wear, and corrosion-resistant.

6. NiCr-Cr2C3: High hardness, resistant to high-temperature oxidation.
