详情描述

The coating is divided into plasma-sprayed ceramic wear-resistant coating and supersonic flame-sprayed carbide ceramic coating.

Plasma spray primarily utilizes ceramic materials from the alumina-titanium/chromium oxide series. These materials boast exceptional properties such as high hardness, excellent corrosion and heat resistance, and low friction coefficients. The coatings produced through this process exhibit superior and stable wear and friction reduction capabilities. The coating structure is dense, and the surface can be polished to a mirror finish (Ra 0.03~0.10 μm). For instance, applying a ceramic coating of 0.3~0.5 mm thickness on the surface of a high-pressure pump piston increases its service life by 6 times compared to the conventional hard chrome-plated piston, making it the most widely used ceramic coating.

Supersonic flame-sprayed metal-ceramic coatings are composed of nickel-chromium and cobalt as the metallic phase, combined with hard ceramic materials such as tungsten carbide and chromium carbide, featuring high hardness, good toughness, and impact resistance. The bonding strength can reach 50-80 MPa.
