Tungsten carbide coatings are primarily made from metal-ceramic carbides.

Materials mainly include: WC-Co, WC-10Co-4Cr, WC-NiCr, Cr3C2-NiCr, etc.

Tungsten carbide coatings feature dense coatings, low porosity, high bonding strength, high hardness, good toughness, and resistance to high temperatures.


Application Direction:

1. Various roller types in the metallurgy industry, such as return furnace rollers, galvanized rollers, tension rollers, shafts, and fan blades.

2. Glazing rollers, coating rollers, corrugating rollers, drying cylinders, roller cores, cutting tools, ink rollers, printing rollers, etc. for the paper and printing industry

3. Wire Drawing Industry: Taren, wire drawing drum, spool, tension wheel, guide slot, etc.

4. Piston rods, plungers, shafts, valve balls (valve cores), valve seats, valve plates, valve stems, impellers, mechanical seals, wire-cutting blades, and curling rolls for the mechanical manufacturing industry

5. Moldings for other applications, coal mill (pulverizer) blades, water-cooled walls, ultra-fine powder, compounding chambers, and compounding machine rotors.

2. WC-10Co-4Cr: Corrosion and erosion-resistant, micro-vibration and abrasive wear-resistant

WC-NiCr: Dense coating, high hardness, strong toughness, excellent corrosion resistance to organic acids and alkaline solutions, wear resistance
