详情描述

Coating materials primarily consist of composite combinations of metallic and non-metallic materials. The metallic materials offer strong structural strength and excellent erosion resistance, as well as great sprayability. Common types include nickel, copper, chromium, aluminum, and their alloys. Non-metallic materials have strong wear resistance and excellent self-lubricating properties, such as polystyrene, graphite, diatomite, bentonite, and hexagonal boron nitride.

Application:Modern aviation engines utilize compressors to increase air pressure and temperature. The high-pressure, heated air entering the combustion chamber for complete fuel combustion is one of the primary measures to enhance engine power and thermal efficiency. By applying thermal spraying technology to coat the inner surface of the compressor impeller with a wearable sealant layer, it forms a pair of wearable sealant wear pairs with the hard coating on the tip of the compressor blades. During operation, it creates an ideal radial airflow gap, achieving the maximum pressure difference, thereby significantly increasing engine power, reducing aviation gasoline consumption, and improving the overall pass rate of the engine's first trial run. This is one of the significant application achievements of thermal spraying technology in the field of aviation engines.

As the temperature of compressed air increases progressively, the service temperature of the consumable seal coatings can be raised from 300°C to 1100°C, with the highest temperature for modern consumable seal coatings reaching 1350°C.

Thermal spray consumable sealant coating technology is applicable to civil industrial fields such as gap control for rotating compressor components in the compressor industry.
